KLCC SKILLS ACADEMY COURSE

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

[ herewith KLCC SKILLS ACADEMY will be referred to as KLCC ACADEMY ]

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card, or any other payment terms allowed by KLCC Skills Academy.


Full payment is required to secure your spot in the course. If a student cancels their registration, the following refund policy applies:

 

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to refund@klccedugroup.com within 15 days before the beginning of the course. KLCC Skills Academy will refund the amount received, (net of the bank charges) except the registration fee which is RM100.00. 

  • The registration fee is non-refundable.

  • Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.

  • Cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice (15 days) before the start of our courses are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

  • In the event of the course being cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be provided to all registered students.

  • Any additional costs such as accommodation or transportation are the responsibility of the student.

  • By registering for the course, you agree to these payment terms and conditions.

  • If you have any questions or concerns regarding these payment terms and conditions, please contact enquiry@klccedugroup.com.

  • The course fee is non-refundable unless an emergency. The participant will be required to provide related documents. Subject to approval

  • By registering for the course, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • The course fee includes all course materials, as well as access to our instructors and support staff.

  • The responsibility of the student to provide their own mobile device or laptop for the duration of the course.

  • It is the responsibility of the student to arrive on time for each class and to attend all classes to receive a Certificate of Completion.

  • The course schedule and instructors are subject to change without notice. 

  • The course organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the course.

  • The course organizers reserve the right to make changes to the course content and materials as necessary. 

  • If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms and conditions, please contact us at enquiry@klccedugroup.com.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of their own learning needs, and potential limitations, and to make arrangements to accommodate their needs. 

  • The course organizers reserve the right to deny admission to the course to any student who does not meet the course prerequisites or who is not able to meet the course requirements. 

  • KLCC Academy reserve the right to remove any student from the course for inappropriate behaviour or failure to follow course rules without any refund. Examples of such behaviours include but are not limited to :

               -   Harassment or discrimination against any other students or instructors.
               -   Plagiarism or other forms of academic dishonesty.
               -   Disruptive behaviour during class or online sessions.

  • If a student is removed from the course for any reason, it will be at the discretion of KLCC Skills Academy whether they will be allowed to re-enrol in the future.
